Ups and Downs

Always move upward

Rather than down.

Don’t let anyone turn you around.

Keep the smile,

And not the frown.

I’ve been up and down,

But i have never hit the ground!

My friends always tell me

She’ll come around.

But what if she doesn’t,

What if she drowns?

Loneliness

Hurting is quiet;

Deaths slow whisper

A small knot in the soul.

Like a speed bump of restlessness.

Unknowing causes,

With no medication.

 

Wide Open Throttles

 

As I open up the throttle down the street,

I pray this wheelie is angled steep,

And if the cops show and do not cheer, 

I’ll drop a gear,

And disappear.

The Sound of Thunder

Screams all over

Violent and distraught.

Loud, powerful, in-human

Like sweet music in my ears.

Have I lost my mind, or am I completely sane?

Size Isn’t A Joke

Something so powerless,

So small,

Makes such a big impact,

But yet it can be

Unnoticeable or

Unseen until

Your moment of judgement.
