We’re at the end of our rope with the civil war.

A Northern victory is sure to come. I shall see to it.

Allow my warning to the South to be very clear.

“The government will not assail you. You have no oath registrered in Heave to destroy the government,

while I shall have the most solemn one to persue, protect, and defend it.”
